La psychanalyse a découvert l’attachement au sexe opposé ainsi que le besoin d’être le mâle dominant ou la femelle dominante. C’est fantastique comme découverte ! En ce qui concerne l’identification avec le parent de même sexe, si le père est un gros con odieux ou la mère une dépressive invétérée, c’est déjà moins probable.

Le tout enrobé dans une référence à une histoire de la mythologie grecque dans laquelle le héros tue son père sans savoir qu’il est son père, couche avec sa mère sans savoir qu’elle est sa mère, et où la mère finit par se pendre et le héros par se crever les yeux quand éclate la vérité. Difficile de trouver une référence plus tragique et plus culpabilisante. Bande de salopards de psys !

I can readily assure you that are not too many people I work with and have worked in my advocacy who have been through the Family Law-Divorce Industry horrors who would answer in the negative. And after my personal experiences I would certainly albeit reluctantly have to answer largely in the affirmative.

Having said that I have a friend or two in the profession who are some of the finest and most honest Rats I have ever known. They bring honour to their profession where it is so often absent. They are few though. Very few. And even they recognize the real Rats.

What I could relate might cause many to change professions. It sure caused me to change mine. And thats just what I could tell. There are thousands of other Fathers who could add to that in no uncertain way..

If they ever saw the public spotlight the stories of many others in my ‘area of operations’ would probably end in a national enquiry into corruption and social destruction on a scale which would defy conventional belief and which story has been hitherto unknown in Canadian history.

And I can assure you too that just 7 years ago I myself.would never have believed any of what I have seen and heard.

Here's the jist of the story:  in 1995 a 14 year old girl was taken by Halton CAS and made a ward of the state after she alleged she was sexually abused by her family. Police investigated and say her claims were unfounded.
 
HOWEVER CAS continued to keep her in their care — and it appears with her consent. The grandparents and her siblings sued saying the CAS and treatment centre deprived them of a relationship with her and that the CAS had a duty of care not just to the girl but to the family as well.
 
Today the Supreme Court of Canada ruled against the family.
 
I'm looking for a family willing to go on camera in the GTA who have had a similar experience with the CAS (they dont have to have any intention of suing) I want someone who is willing to go on camera to talk about their experience. And how this ruling makes them feel.
