50% des familes en Grece divorcent. Il existent un million des familles (sur les 3,5 millions) avec chef de famille une femme.

Dans le 99,9% des cas, on donne tous les droits a la mere (autorite parentale, pension extremment haute, etc.

Le pere est oblige d'avoir un droit de visite tres reduit (qq heures par semaine).

Un tres grand nombre des grecs est marie avec des femmes etrangeres qui partent a l’etranger, sans permission du pere avec toutes les consequences.

Le PAS (parental Alienation Syndrom) est tres rependu en Grece

La moitie des femmes divorcees acusent leur ex-mari pour abus sexuels afin d'obtenir l'autorite parentale.

Un tres grand nombre des jeunes 'orphelins de pere' sont 'hors la loi'.

Il n'existe pas des tribunaux familiaux, pas d'assistantes sociales aupres des tribunaux.

L'anarchie etatique dans ce domaine a conduit plusieurs peres aux extremites.

Nous avons organise des colloques (Drama, Kavala, Veria, Sparti, Alexandroupolis, Thessaloniki, Athens) sur l'application du droit familial en Grece, l'absence des structures sociaux el les consequences sur les enfants qui vivents sans pere apres le divorce.

CONCERNED ONTARIO PARENTS

“An impromptu group of concerned parents raises alarm bells over abuse of schools by Sandra Pupatello and Kathleen Wynne.”

 

In it’s first edition of the 2007/08 school year, the “‘School Advocate” newspaper, which serves School Councils and the Education Community, published an election campaign-like Media Release from the Ontario government’s Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration.

 

According to Maureen Nolasco, Editor, “School Advocate” is ‘mandated’ to publish each and every education-related Media Release from the Ontario Government.

 

In this August 15 release, the Minister responsible for ‘women’s issues’, Sandra Pupatello, a former Minister of Community & Social Services and former Minister of Education, and Kathleen Wynne, Minister of Education, announced the injection of an additional $1.1M from now 3-year old "Domestic Violence Action Plan (DVAP)", supposedly to give teachers the tools to identify and support students witnessing or experiencing domestic violence. As well, Minister Pupatello has championed insertion of similarly misleading material genderising domestic violence into the Ontario high school curriculum.

 

Kathleen Wynne paints a much clearer picture of the real intent and purpose behind the program saying, “The key to end violence against women is involving professionals like educators who care and want to make a difference in children’s lives

 

Gravely concerned Ontario constituents and their community organizations approached the editorial team of “School Advocate” soon after this media release pointing to them yet another political contamination of the public school system, and further denigration of our children, their parents and our communities, by the Ontario Government.

 

“School Advocate” responded concurrently with some excellent counter-point, a Letter from Dr. Marty McKay, Ph.D., C. Psych., ABPP, from Toronto, exposing the inevitable dangers and negative outcomes of DVAP.

Dr. McKay, a woman with 31 years experience in child psychology exposed how DVAP will do harm to boys especially but also to families’ lives, by apparently targeting the intact, functioning families, in which children are to be taught to be quislings, and educators are to be engaged in intrusion into families’  lives. She further says, “This discriminatory classification deprives men of identification and services despite the clear evidence that men are victims of domestic abuse at rates that are virtually identical for females.  Now, Sandra Pupatello wishes to take this gender profiling into the schools …”

 

The concerned parents say that representatives with such clear and open bias have had crossed the line of being viewed as directly responsible for abusing our children. We salute “ School Advocate” for making parents and schools aware of this important issue.

 

We are asking for an immediate moratorium on any further work, or any implementation of any policy, related to the DVAP until the completion of a full, balanced, independent, qualified investigation with complete transparency and accountability to address the concerns of all of the people of Ontario.
